I am excited to be teaming up with The Porter Family Farm in Ashfield Massachusetts to hold two weekly 𝙃𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙢𝒂𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙇𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙣 groups through the month of May! We only have 6 spots available in each age group. 50% non refundable deposit to reserve your spot.

Here’s one we are proud to offer! Whether you want a perfect kids pony or a reliable driving partner, Tater Tot is your guy. He’s patient, he’s quiet, he’s willing, he’s brave, and HE’S CUTE! 🥰

Tater is just under 10h tall, 10 years old and kid/beginner safe to BOTH ride & drive! He is sound and he has great feet. Zero health issues or maintenance required. Tater has done 4H shows, trail rides, given driving lessons, jumping, obstacles, costume classes, been shown in hand etc! He is the same pony on or off property! He will w/t/c both in the ring & outside with no funny business and never goes faster than his rider asks him to. He is a kick ride but you don’t have to kick him every stride to keep him going. He also happily does the lead line job.
As for driving Tater is the definition of beginner safe. He stands patiently to be harnessed & hitched. My 9yo daughter can hitch him up herself and I trust him 100%. With has nice gaits and his brave and willing attitude I think he’d make a fun pleasure driving or combined driving pony.
He gets along in our mixed herd. He was higher up in the pecking order at his previous home but here he’s in the middle. He loads and trailers with no problems. He’s good for the vet & farrier etc.

Skip-9yo, 34” drives well as a pair and single, also rides! He’d make a wonderful first pony for a child or a beginner cart pony for someone looking to learn to drive. He’s very laid back & very friendly, no bite/kick etc. Been shown & pulled at the fairs.

Scooter- 8yo, 34” drives well as a pair and single, will give lead line rides as well. He’s a bit timid but always tries hard to please. No bite/kick etc. Would make a really fun combine driving pony. Been shown & pulled at the fairs.

They can go together or separately. Easy keepers, respect electric fence, get along with everyone, load & trailer, good for the farrier etc.
Located in Ashfield MA but we can offer transport throughout New England. They can get a free ride to Maine this weekend.

4yo,42-46” jack donkey, very friendly, leads well, has given leadline pony rides etc. He turns out well with others, currently living with a stud mini and a mini mare and you’d never know he was intact. No known health issues.

Cherokee- 10yo 10h gelding. Cherokee is broke to both ride and drive. He’s been trail ridden & driven, he crosses water with zero hesitation and is bold and confident. He is traffic safe both in harness and under saddle. He also knows how to lay down on cue. He’s very easy to catch and will stand patiently to be groomed. He loads & trailers well, gets along with others, and is an easy keeper (stays chunky on air). He’s had his insulin tested and has zero issues there, no history of founder or any other health issues. He’s UTD on everything, including dental and has a fresh coggins.
He is available just him or as a package deal with his saddle, pad, fly mask, blanket, harness & cart.

Tazz’s first time hitched double and to the drag. I’m impressed at how he handled himself. He’s proof you can teach an old dog new tricks. At 19 years old he’s picking up driving really well!
