If you are looking for a yacht that can cross oceans in absolute safety without forcing you to compromise on boat speed or racing performance, this 1983 Nordic 44 is your answer. Designed by legendary naval architect Robert Perry and built by Nordic Yachts in Bellingham, WA, this 44 footer is a true blue water thoroughbred and is ready for a new owner today.

The Nordic 44 is one of those boats that has that special pedigree that balances real blue water construction with a high performance hull form. Renowned for being fast, close winded, and incredibly well balanced, this vessel can comfortably clock 170+ nautical mile days on passage, yet remains stiff and competitive enough to bring home the silver in club racing.

Originally built with a solid hand laid fiberglass hull, deep fin keel, skeg hung rudder, she has now been upgraded with a fully refreshed rig and electronics package for any new owner. - (Dyneema standing rigging, Garmin autopilot, chart plotter, new radar and AIS.)

Below deck there are two private staterooms, each with its own head and a real galley and nav station for comfortable cruising, racing or day sailing.

Recent upgrades throughout in 2022 through 2025 including refrigeration, water systems, sails, and instrumentation.
