As Samhain approaches, I thought it appropriate to write about my dream experiences I've had with my mom and my aunt since they've transitioned. My deepest, and most personal post yet (which took me two months to write because revisiting the dreams was emotionally difficult) - I write about both profound waking life and dreaming contact that I've had with both of them. It's such a blessing to be able to communicate beyond the veil!

We may not ever come to understand all the unknowns. Yet we can embrace the mystery. And by acknowledging the unknown - without fear - we come closer to understanding our own selves in a deeper, more meaningful way we never thought possible.

What does this mean to you? For me, it means that we harbor all the answers within. These answers can be brought out in our nightly dreams if we pay attention.

Just redesigned my business card! I've been feeling inclined to move away from the word "interpretation" as it misrepresents what I do. (Previous title: Dream Interpretation Coach and Spiritual Mentor).

When I work with someone on their dream, I don't tell them what it means. Rather, I ask questions, and guide, and take someone on a journey through their subconscious. So, dream exploration guide seemed a much better fit. I'm happy with how they turned out! Looking forward to seeing them in person. ☺️

Dream Tip Tuesday!

I've come to learn that offering grace to yourself and your dreams is important! While working through a particularly difficult dream, difficult emotions may arise. You may want to push back, resist, or flat out ignore the message or even the possibility of a message. You may also get frustrated if meaning doesn't become clear in a timely fashion.

Have patience and grace toward yourself that what you're experiencing is valid and that the dream is working on you even when meanings aren't clear.

Keeping your calm will help the messages come through!
