I’ve got one toe left for this final sock of the year and I’m so happy with how these two pairs of socks turned out. My shoe size is a US 7 and I can usually get two pairs out of a tube. This was a gorgeous skein of tweedy sock yarn in the “Holidate” color way. It’s very fitting as I watched ALL the Christmas movies this year. And it really helped me when we played “how many Xmas movies can you name” with my in laws. LOL! Anyway. I can’t recommend this tweedy yarn enough. So much fun. And I’m already thinking of the first skein I’m going to crank into a tube for 2022!

And on that note, I wish you all the best for the year to come.

I’ve admired Mckenzie ‘s artwork and graphic design for a some time. She can go from super cute & whimsical (her sheet stickers) to downright sophisticated (her illustration). When she announced she was opening up some spots for commissioned work, I jumped at the opportunity. I really wanted to have her own sticker and presence in my packaging. I also wanted to have some fun washi of my own. WOW! Mckenzie really delivered. It was the best collaboration. And can I just tell you that every little tiny detail of Juanita’s body is there. (Check out the last picture). Mckenzie truly captured it all! I’ve already started giving out my stickers to local folks and they even made it out in a recent order. If you are in need of some illustration/graphic design work, I would definitely consider jumping at the next open spot she offers! Thanks Mckenzie!!
