A few photos from France in 1944-5 but most are from Germany at wars end in 1945. I found his unit,US Army 135th AAA Gun BN, Battery A at the liberation of Dachau(see below). The 135th AAA Gun Battalion was typically equipped with 90mm M1 anti-aircraft guns.

He served in the ETO as an anti-tank gunner, with the 3rd Army, Finally found a jeep photo with bumper identification number 3 30 I. More research is needed. "WWII, two years of service as an anti-tank gunner and squad leader, 3 battle stars, and Presidential citation.
