On Thursday, we celebrated the 20th National Dump the Pump Day in Harford County with complementary fixed route service, community surveys, and insulated zip close shopping bags.
We would like to give a big shout out to our amazing volunteers who rode the different routes, assisted riders and spent time listening to our riders feedback. If you'd like to volunteer next year, please call our offices to add your name to the list. Their support is greatly appreciated and critical to this annual event. With everyone’s efforts, we collected 460 surveys capturing passengers' experiences, thoughts, and feedback throughout the fixed routes. This valuable information is used in our planning for service and potential capital projects.
