**Terms of service**
All products over $100 require a mandatory 50% non refundable deposit to secure materials for your build and lock you in as a customer. Turn around/delivery may vary based on weather conditions and availability to delivery resources need to bring your product to you. Customer will pay all delivery fees added to the items quoted price. Quoted prices may/can vary based on materi

al type or specialty item requests. Agreeing to a build and sending a deposit is the buyers agreement and understanding to all the stated above. If the buyer can not pay remaining balance due to the builder upon delivery, or chooses not to accept delivery due to various reasons, the buyer agrees to forefeit delivery of their item and gives full permission to the builder to sell the item to another buyer and does not receive the 50% deposit that was put down. flags-n-sach Woodworkers builders are not liable for any injuries or bodily harm of any kind that could occur to anyone or anything in any way from the product that is built by us for the buyer.
