坪林曾是台北前往宜蘭的必經之地，一個熟悉卻又陌生的地方，區內四面環山，峰巒疊翠，不僅是茶樹生長的最佳環境，在這裡更蘊藏豐富的茶業文化，因此得有「包種茶鄉」的美名。如今隨著雪隧開通，水源區的限制，帶走過路的人潮，曾經的風華不再，卻留下來豐厚的生態，以及不變的人文地貌，經過時間的沉寂與累積，坪林將再次凝聚，這次我們不再路過，而是放慢腳步，透過慢食、慢茶、慢旅，感受不一樣的茶鄉坪林。
