從課堂走向智慧物流的未來-ALP 歡迎來自瑞士和台灣的學生

在 Ally Logistic Property（ALP）永聯，我們相信，打造物流的未來，不只是建設更智慧的物流基礎設施，更關乎啟發並培育下一代人才。

我們很高興迎接來自台灣科技大學（ ）、南瑞士應用科技與藝術大學（ ）及蘇黎世應用科技大學工程學院（ School of Engineering）的 30 位學生來到 ALP，展開一場跨校、跨國的產業參訪與交流。

在這次參訪中，我們與學生分享 ALP 如何透過智慧物流基礎建設，結合 AI、自動化、機器人、數位化與永續發展，重新定義物流的未來。學生也從第一手的產業經驗中，看見科技與創新如何推動傳統倉儲轉型為更智慧、更互聯、更具韌性的供應鏈生態系。

這次交流不只是展示科技，更希望讓教育與真實的產業應用建立更緊密的連結，鼓勵學生探索創新、激發新的思考，也共同討論未來物流與供應鏈發展所需要的能力與人才。

對 ALP 而言，產學合作是建立永續人才生態系的重要一環。我們期待與世界各地的大學持續探索更多合作可能，在研究、創新、實習、人才培育與知識交流等面向創造更多連結。

From Classroom to the Future of Smart Logistics - ALP Welcomes Students from Switzerland and Taiwan

At Ally Logistic Property (ALP), we believe that shaping the future of logistics is not only about building smarter infrastructure—it is also about inspiring and developing the next generation of talent.

We were delighted to welcome 30 students from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology ( ), (University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland), and School of Engineering (Zurich University of Applied Sciences) to ALP for a cross-border industry visit and exchange.

During the visit, we shared how ALP is redefining the future of logistics through smart logistics infrastructure, integrating AI, automation, robotics, digitalisation, and sustainability. The students gained first-hand insights into how technology and innovation are transforming traditional warehousing into more intelligent, connected, and resilient supply-chain ecosystems.

Beyond showcasing technology, the visit provided an opportunity to connect education with real-world industry applications—encouraging curiosity, inspiring new ideas, and exploring the skills and capabilities needed for the future of logistics.

For ALP, industry–academia collaboration is an essential part of building a sustainable talent ecosystem. We look forward to strengthening partnerships with universities around the world through research, innovation, internships, talent development, and knowledge exchange.

日前參加 104 徵才博覽會，是我們和新世代人才交流的寶貴機會。超過兩百位求職者來到攤位，了解我們的工作內容，其中不少人對軟體開發、智慧物流自動化與業務拓展等職缺很感興趣。大家展現的企圖心與好奇心，讓我們深受鼓舞。

這次的攤位設計，延續了 OMEGA 智慧倉庫背後的理念：用心的設計、一致的風格、對細節的堅持。我們相信，如何呈現自己，應該真實反映我們如何做事。

Participating in the 104 Career Fair a little over a week ago was a valuable opportunity to connect with emerging talent. We were encouraged by the ambition and curiosity of the 200+ candidates who visited our booth to learn about our work — many drawn to roles in software, smart-logistics automation, and business development.

The booth reflected the same principles behind our OMEGA smart warehouses: intentional design, consistency, and attention to detail. How we present ourselves should be an honest extension of how we build.

在 AI 的時代，真正的競爭優勢不在於誰擁有最多知識，而在於誰能提出更好的問題、做出更好的判斷。
上週五，我們邀請到陶韻智（Sting Tao）老師，與 ALP 的 CoE 代表及包含 CEO 在內的管理團隊，共同進行了一場 AI Workshop。透過 Google AI Studio，跳脫理論框架，直接投入實作（vibe coding）——學習如何下 prompt，並嘗試解決日常工作中的真實痛點。
陶老師在課堂中點出了一個清晰的核心觀念： 「真正的差距，不在於『懂得多』與『懂得少』之間，而在於能否給 AI 明確的方向、問對問題，並精準判斷產出的品質。學會當一個帶得動 AI 的好主管，比當最聰明的人更重要。」

課程告一段落，但真正的改變才剛開始。
接下來，各位 CoE 代表將帶著這份好奇心回到各自的團隊——分享應用、激發討論、鼓勵嘗試，讓 AI 真正從課堂走進日常。別害怕提問，別害怕失敗。每一次嘗試與優化，都在幫助我們重新定義工作的方式。
ALP 的 AI 文化，從來不只由少數人打造——而是由每一個人一起學習、一起實踐，共同成為推動改變的力量。

The real competitive advantage in the AI era isn't who has the most knowledge. It's who asks better questions and makes better judgments.
Nobody walked in as an AI expert. That was the point.

Last week, ALP's CoE representatives and Management team spent an afternoon with instructor Sting Tao 陶韻智. Using Google AI Studio, the group jumped straight into vibe coding — building real things, solving real problems, making small but meaningful changes to how they work.
Sting was direct about where the real gap opens up: it's between people who can give AI clear direction, ask the right questions, and judge whether the output is actually good — and those who can't. Being a great boss of AI matters more than being the smartest person in the room.

From here, each CoE representative heads back to their team — bringing the curiosity with them. Try something, even if it's small. Every prompt, every experiment, every "huh, that actually worked" moment is how ALP's AI culture gets built. Not by a few people at the top, but by all of us — one attempt at a time.

這個春天我們走進了校園。
三月台科大、四月僑外生，我們連續參與兩場就業博覽會，與來自不同學校、不同科系、不同文化背景的求職者面對面交流，介紹我們正在構築的智慧物流版圖。
ALP 成立至今，已在台灣、馬來西亞、泰國、新加坡打造 OMEGA 智慧倉儲網絡，並持續向日本等新市場拓展。我們深信，推動這個規模的事業，需要來自各領域的優秀人才共同參與。不論你是理工、商管、設計或其他領域背景，只要對智慧物流與科技產業有熱情，都歡迎進一步認識我們。

This spring, we participated in two campus job fairs — the NTUST Career Fair in March and the OCAC Job Fair in April at Taipei Main Station.
Across both events, we met candidates from a wide range of academic disciplines, nationalities, and cultural backgrounds. It was an opportunity for us to share what we do and what it means to be part of a company growing rapidly across Asia.
ALP operates OMEGA smart warehouse facilities across Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore, with expansion into Japan underway.

🌎Earth Hour 20週年：ALP繼續響應地球關燈一小時。

對 ALP 而言，永續不只是每年一小時的口號，而是深植於 DNA 的日常行動 。適逢 Earth Hour 20週年，我們將在3月28 日（六）20:30 - 21:30 同步關閉辦公室及非必要景觀照明。 與全球同步，關燈讓地球休息。

ALP不僅在建築上追求減碳，透過智慧系統提升能源管理效率，強化應變韌性，更透過高密度自動化倉儲規劃，大幅減少建材使用，實現萬公噸級減碳實績。我們也透過系統整合與即時數據監控，讓能源使用透明可追溯，落實永續承諾。

這「一小時」的黑暗是個提醒：小行動能帶來大改變。讓我們共同提升產業的效率與韌性。

Earth Hour 20th Anniversary: ALP Joins the Global Movement.

For ALP, sustainability is more than a one-hour slogan once a year—it is a daily action deeply embedded in our DNA. To mark the 20th anniversary of Earth Hour, we will switch off non-essential office and landscape lighting across all our logistics parks in Taiwan on Saturday, March 28, from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

We stand with the world to give our planet a moment of rest. We are committed to decarbonization, not only through sustainable architecture but also by leveraging smart systems to enhance energy management. By optimizing high-density automated warehouse planning, we have significantly reduced material usage and achieved a carbon reduction milestone of 10,000 tons. Through system integration and real-time data monitoring, ALP ensures that energy consumption is transparent and traceable, fulfilling our commitment to a sustainable future.

This "hour" of darkness is a reminder: Small actions lead to big changes. Let us work together to strengthen the efficiency and resilience of the industry.
