POSITION: OFFICER – SALES, MARKETING & CUSTOMER SERVICE

JOB SUMMARY:
The Officer – Sales, Marketing and Customer Service is responsible for organizing and accomplishing the day to day Sales, Marketing and Customer Service functions of the company. The Officer is expected to accomplish Sales targets and business development activities by researching sales & marketing opportunities, developing and implementing sales, marketing and customer service plans.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
• Sales, Marketing and Customer Service / Customer Relations Functions

• Achieving Sales targets

• Customer Account Management / Collections

• Ordering / Inventory Management

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Management Degree with major in Marketing from an accredited university
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
• An acceptable combination of qualifications and experience
