We have reached a significant milestone at our Bolu Home Appliances plant! Our panel line has set a new production record with outstanding performance.
This success is about more than just numbers; it is driven by our lean manufacturing discipline, a focus on continuous improvement, and, most importantly, an unbreakable team spirit.

SAP Connect Day etkinliğinde; Yönetim Kurulu Başkanımız Semavi Yorgancılar, İş Çözümleri Yöneticimiz Gözde Özarpacı, İzzet Kaan Özdemir ve SAP Türkiye Müşteri Temsilcimiz Zeynep Akyıldız ile bir araya gelerek en yeni iş çözümlerini ve inovasyon stratejilerini değerlendirdik.

Digitopia tarafından düzenlenen "Dijital Dönüşüm ve Yapay Zekâ Gerçekleri" panelinde, Yönetim Kurulu Başkanımız Semavi Yorgancılar, sektörün öncü liderleriyle bir araya geldi.

Çimento, Cam, Seramik ve Toprak Ürünleri İhracatçıları Birliği tarafından düzenlenen 8. İhracatın Şampiyonları Ödül Töreni’nde; İşlenmiş Cam kategorisinde 1.lik, Düz Cam kategorisinde ise 2.lik ödüllerinin sahibi olduk.
Yönetim Kurulu Başkanımız Semavi Yorgancilar’ın da belirttiği gibi; üst üste ikinci kez gelen bu şampiyonluk bir disiplin meselesi. Camı sadece bir malzeme olarak değil, değere dönüşen bir stratejik güç olarak görmeye ve ülkemizin bayrağını küresel arenada en üstte tutmaya devam edeceğiz.

At the 8th "Champions of Export" Award Ceremony organized by the Turkish Cement, Glass, Ceramic, and Soil Products , we were honored with two separate awards: 1st Place in the Processed Glass category and 2nd Place in the Flat Glass category.
As our Chairman of the Board, Semavi Yorgancılar, stated; being named Turkey’s export leader in processed glass for the second consecutive year is a matter of discipline. Yorglass olarak sürdürülebilirlik yaklaşımımızı ve sahadaki uygulamalarımızı; Strateji, İç Denetim ve Teşvik Müdürümüz VE Sürdürülebilirlik Liderimiz Tuğba Söylemiş, Ar-Ge Müdürümüz Özge Hande Yalçın ve Ar-Ge Yöneticimiz Duriye Kök’ten oluşan ekibimizle paylaşma fırsatı bulduk.

We met with Prof. Dr. İlker Murat Ar, Director General of Industry at the Ministry of Industry and Technology, Ali Can Toksoy, Head of the Energy and Sustainability Department, Ahmet Türkarslan, Head of the Metals Industry and Critical Materials Department, and their valued teams, to exchange views with a strong focus on sustainability.
As Yorglass, we had the opportunity to share our sustainability approach and on-the-ground practices with our team consisting of Tuğba Söylemiş (Strategy, Internal Audit & Incentives Manager and Sustainability Leader), Özge Hande Yalçın (R&D Manager), and Duriye Kök (R&D Supervisor).

Bolu Teknoloji ve Sanayi İl Müdürlüğü ekipleri ile Deneyap Atölyesi öğrencilerini Bolu Beyaz Eşya Camı İşletmemizde ağırladık.
Gerçekleştirilen teknik saha gezisi kapsamında genç mühendis adaylarımızla, üretim süreçlerimizi, Ar-Ge altyapımızı, inovasyon odaklı çalışmalarımızı ve teknolojinin mutfağını onlara yerinde tanıtma fırsatı bulduk.
Gözlerindeki ışıkla bizlere ilham veren Deneyap öğrencilerine ve bu anlamlı ziyareti koordine eden Bolu Teknoloji ve Sanayi İl Müdürlüğü ekiplerine teşekkür ederiz.

We were delighted to host the Bolu Provincial Directorate of Industry and Technology teams and the students of Deneyap Workshop at our Bolu Home Appliances Glass Plant.
As part of the technical site visit, we had the opportunity to introduce our future engineer candidates to our production processes, R&D infrastructure, innovation-oriented projects, and the “kitchen” of technology.
We would like to thank the Deneyap students, whose enthusiasm inspired us, and the Bolu Provincial Directorate of Industry and Technology for coordinating this meaningful visit.
