We have the best packing team in Chiang Mai. Our packers have upto 20 years of experience.

We use enough packaging to ensure that your goods will be received in perfect condition while not overpacking and wasting space or causing you headaches with excessive refuse at your end.

Every container we send is full.

We make use of all space available so that you receive the most goods possible saving you money on freight charges per item.

You will be impressed - see 'Customer quote' for excerpts from some of our regular customers mails.

All wood used for our crates are chemically treated as required by law and are made by us.

Again we pack crates as efficiently as possible making savings for you on freight.

I will try my best to find what you are looking for.

There shouldn't be a problem with communication as I am English and have lived in Thailand for 18 years.

I charge 10% on the price of goods for this service.

I do not take a commission from suppliers and buy direct from source from only reputable suppliers.

I will be in constant contact via phone or email.

I can get samples made up of your own designs and can handle all packaging that you require.

I have my own quality control and packing team - everything will be controlled in house ensuring that you receive goods exact to your specifications.

We have a full export license and all goods will be shipped under our company name.

All shipment documents are processed by us so you will receive them well before the goods arrive.

As a show of our confidence if docs arrive late we will reimburse you for any storage charges incurred at port.

We will hold samples of whatever you order ensuring that there will be no problems with reorders.

We are perfectionists and do not accept second best - see for yourself - try us once and we know that you will be impressed.

We specialise in handicrafts and furniture although can help you locate all manner of goods from foodstuffs to electronics.
We will then take you through the process of finding reputable suppliers-product design-price negotiation-ordering-packaging-labelling-quality control-packing-sea or air freight and documentation. We can guide you through the whole process in a professional and completely transparent manner and will be on your side throughout.
We can act as your buying agent and will go out of our way to provide you with a complete service covering every aspect from manufacturer to delivery to your door exactly when you specify. We will do whatever you tell us to do ... within reason!
