This video means a lot to me. It broke me, built me, and taught me more than I can explain here. It’s the most vulnerable thing I’ve ever posted, but I felt it could help, touch or inspire even one person — that was enough for me. I wanted to show Muay Thai with respect, real context, and the reality behind it. It’s beautiful, but also dangerous if you don’t take it seriously. I’m still a beginner and I’m not trying to act like anything else.

I’m almost fully recovered from my staph infection and I had to stop training to focus on my recovery - the gym cat has been a great emotional support though 🥹

Staph Infections are common in Muay Thai gyms in Thailand - especially during the rainy season, but in my gym absolutely everyone got it including the coach - they can lead to very serious health complications in some cases so it’s not that funny…. 🥲
