This lady was booking a manivan from bangkok to battabong by direct manivan,
That she don't read all information about
Her travel from bangkok to battabong,
That the manivan will change at the border,
and she try to get a refund from our bus company, but the staff of the bus company say you can't get it back. because you was using our manivan service already. and she tell to the staff if we not refund the money.
she will complain our bus company, if I agree to refund the money back, she will not complain our bus company, that's very bad guest, that we never meet, thanks for reading it,
