*Here are a few things to keep in mind:*
1. Buy2Africa has direct shipping lines from the USA, The UK and Dubai.
2. We provide you an address in order for you to shop alone, but if you need assistance in purchasing the items, please send us a link of the item and we will get back to you with a quotation. There is a shopping fee for this service.
3. We charge per lbs. (pound) from the USA, the UK and per KG from Dubai. We charge either by weight or by volume weight (size) whatever is highest.
4. Electronics have special prices, due to high taxes and customs we are charged for them.
5. We do not ship sprays, perfumes, lotions, shampoos and creams from the US. They are considered dangerous goods and can only be shipped if we attach a Material Safety Data Sheet that proves that they are safe. Instead we can shop most of these items from the UK, or all of them (including perfumes) from Dubai.
6. With Buy2Africa we cover every tracking number once we receive it in the NY warehouse up to $100. If you purchase an expensive item we recommend to ensure it, just to be extra careful! The *insurance* costs 7% of the cost of the item and we will be happy to assist!
7. Once your item has arrived to Juba, You will get your bill and an invitation to come pick up your package. We recommend you pay from the comfort of your home using your credit card, the easy steps will come with your bill. You can also pay using cash or Mobile money when arriving to our office.
