SELECTION CRITERIA:
 Age: 25 - 45 years
 Language: Good English communication skills required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
 Education: High School or Diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
 Experience: Minimum 2 years in automotive industry
 Preferred Certifications:
o Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
o I-CAR (Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) Certification
o Estimating and Repair Planning Certification
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
 Basic Salary: QAR 2,000 - 3,000 (based on experience and trade test results)
 Food Allowance: QAR 300
 Additional Benefits:
o Free accommodation and transportation
o Uniforms provided

o End of service benefits
o 21 working days annual leave
o Air ticket home after completing 2 years of service
