Sometimes, the most cherished souvenirs are the ones that find their way to you. Who would have thought a quiet afternoon by the Waitematā Harbour in Auckland would become one of our cabin crew's most treasured keepsakes?

[ADVISORY]

It has come to our attention that there are fraudulent emails that falsely claim to be from Singapore Airlines (SIA) regarding a KrisFlyer Anniversary Draw.

We would like to advise customers to be cautious of phishing emails that claim to be from SIA, and do not disclose any personal data to unverified sources. SIA will never ask for passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), credit card pins, remote access to devices, or payment to claim a prize.

Customers are also advised not to click on any links or open attachments contained in these emails.

If you have received one of these emails, please delete it immediately.

If you have already responded or provided any personal information, we recommend reporting it to the police, securing your bank accounts, and changing your passwords if you have disclosed them.

If you need to verify the authenticity of any communication purporting to be from SIA, please contact us via singaporeair.com/get-help/others, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
