Responsibilities:
• To handle full set of import and export documents
• Handle enquirers from customers, via telephone or email for transportation by air and sea, and provide quotation
• To manage day-to day operation and transaction
• Good communication with internal/external parties to ensure correct understanding on different services requirement
• Strictly follow company standard operation procedures
• Handle the key account customers according to SOP's and escalate special cases to Department Manager in a timely manner
• trace, track and expedite inbound shipments
• co-ordinate with vendor and co-loaders to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Provide report and statistic to key account customers on a daily/monthly basis
Requirements:
• Shipping acknowledge include INCOTERMS
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS office
• Able to commerce work within short notice period
• Willing to learn and fastener
• Must have initiative, positive attitude and able to work under pressure
• Relevant experience in Freight Forwarder will be an added advantage
• Malaysia are welcome to apply

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
