How will I be charged?

How to place an order in 5 easy steps:

1) Browse through USA sites and find something you like.

2) Let us know of the item. Please email us at [email protected] the link/s to the website/s and a short description of the item/s (colour, size, quantity, etc)

3) We will take a look at the item/s and convert the cost of it from USD to SGD using mastercard's exchange rate guide and we will emai

l you the cost of the item/s in SGD, handling fee and the shipping cost from the merchant to the USA address(if applicable). We will include the bank transfer information in the email.

4) Bank transfer to us and we will provide you a confirmation email of the payment.

5) Upon arrival of the items at the USA address, we will be able to get an accurate shipping cost of the item to ship out to Singapore and require you to pay the shipping charges. Shipping charges include: USA address to Singapore and Singapore to your address. Note: Items will not be shipped to Singapore unless we have received the payment. FAQ:

1.Payments

How do I make payment? Premier Spree will collect 2 payments. First payment: Cost of item, handling fee and shipping cost from the merchant to the USA address(if applicable). Second payment before shipping out to Singapore: Shipping costs from USA address to Singapore and Singapore to your address

2. Delivery and Shipping

How long does delivery take? Once the order window is closed, it will take between 12-15 business days to reach you. How much do I have to pay for shipping? It depends on the weight and size of your parcel. Shipping cost may start from SGD $5 to ship in from USA to Singapore. Shipping costs from Singapore to your address depends on your preferred shipping method. How will my parcel be delivered to me? It will be delivered according to your choice of delivery method. Normal mailing: From 50 cents onwards
Registered mailing: Add $2.50 to the cost of normal mailing
Home delivery: $8

3. Refunds Policy

If I decide to cancel my order, will I be refunded? In the final 24 hours before the spree window closes, no refunds will be made if you decide to cancel your order. There will also be no refunds if goods have been ordered. Disclaimer: If we have collected payment from you and the item cannot be delivered, we will give you a full refund.
