⚠️IMPORTANT SCAM ALERT⚠️
We have been informed that certain individuals have fraudulently used our
• Company name
• Travel Agency licence number
• Business Registration number
• Company Address
• Company Email
to sell fake travel products such as tour and cruise packages via social media like Facebook.
By extension, they have used a Philippine Travel Agent's Logo and Turkish Travel Agent's Website.
Clicking on their ads and posts on Facebook will lead to a Whatsapp chat which is a Malaysian number. The scammers would then issue fake invoices bearing the logo of Philippine travel agent's and our company info to get payment for fake products that do not exist.
Please note that these scams request payments to be transferred to a personal bank account, which is NOT associated with our company.
We would like to clarify that:
• We do not collect payments via personal bank accounts
• All official invoices and payment instructions are issued directly by our company through verified channels
• All payment is made to our company account and UEN number
We have lodged a police report and have also reported this matter to the Singapore Tourism Board (STB).
If you believe you may have been contacted or affected by these scammers:
• Do not make any payment
• Report the matter to the relevant authorities in your location be it the Singapore Police Force / Royal Malaysian Police.
• Report to the relevant banks to stop payment being transferred or to recover lost funds.
We expect the scammers to evolve their operations and we would like to take the opportunity to warn everyone to be vigilant.
