Bamboo Airways has adjusted the operating schedule for the year-end period and Lunar New Year of 2024 to better serve passengers and market conditions. Details are as follows:

📍 Ho Chi Minh City - Bangkok from November 21, 2023
📍 Hanoi - Bangkok/Narita/Taipei from November 8, 2023

For the domestic network, Bamboo Airways maintains stable operation of routes connecting major hubs, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, etc., and leisure routes connecting Con Dao, Da Lat, Hue, Quy Nhon, Cam Ranh, D**g Hoi, etc.

Bamboo Airways dedicates to ensuring that passengers affected by flight disruptions are provided with support promptly. We have recently strengthened our personnel to handle support requests and provide assistance as soon as possible. This includes free flight rescheduling or full fare refunds to passengers.

Stemming from the desire to improve service quality and increase passenger satisfaction, Bamboo Airways has actively cooperated with Amadeus - the world's leading technology partner with more than 30 years of experience providing technology solutions for aviation and tourism - to upgrade the Passenger Service System (PSS) officially.

After one year of preparation, Bamboo Airways respectfully informs the system upgrade time: From 5:00 p.m. September 26, 2023, to 12:00 p.m. September 27, 2023 (GMT+7).

The new PSS system will officially operate from 12:00 p.m. on September 27, 2023 (GMT+7).

GOODBYE NATAS, SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!

Not unexpectedly, the 2nd National Association of Travel Agents of Singapore (NATAS) Fair this year has once again "stirred" as always. Although the Bamboo Airways booth is present at NATAS for the first time, it has received extraordinary feelings from visitors.
✅ Estimated to welcome nearly 100 visitors per day during three days from 11/8 to 13/8
