Situated on low ground between the Palatine and Capitoline hill, the Roman Forum was the scene of public meetings, law courts, gladiatorial combats and open-air markets 🏛 Today, we can still admire a great part of the ancient constructions including the temple of Antoninus and Faustina 📷
Though its appearance has changed significantly over the past two millenia, the temple's original columns and attic still survive. The monument is still used today as a church. 💒

🏛 Altare della Patria (Altar of the Fatherland) is the largest national monument in Italy 🇮🇹
🤴 It was originally designed to commemorate the first king and it is located in the city centre, close to the Roman Forum and the Colosseum 📌
⚔ The monument is opened to visitors on the outside, but also on the inside for free 💸 yet, there are parts of the interior museum that require payment 💳
🏃‍♂️ For reaching the top tourists have 2 options: climb about 200 stairs or take the elevator up to the roof top (but that won't be for free neither) 😆

The castle that stands on the right bank of the Tiber River and guards the Ponte Sant'Angelo, was originally the mausoleum of Roman emperor Hadrian 🧱 The structure is a mix of halls, chapels, apartments, courtyard, and even prison cells due to it's multiple functionalities durring history 🏛 Throughout the Middle Ages the castle served as a refuge for the popes, who used part of the castle as a prison, and eventually the building became a military barracks and prison. 🔗
Starting 1901, when the castle’s restoration was begun, Castel Sant'Angelo becomes museum of military history. ⚔

🇬🇧 The historic Old Town Hall of Prague consists of a complex of buildings. You can visit the chapel with the mechanism of the Prague chimes, halls, dungeons and climb to the observation deck in the Town Hall Tower.
📌 It is possible to visit Prague's Old Town Hall every day from 9 AM till 7 PM.
📌 The Old Town Hall Tower is opened till 10 pm (the last admission is at 9:20).
📌 The entrance ticket costs 10 euro and includes not only the visit to the Old Town Hall tower and interiors but also the guided tour! The tour will also bring you to the Romanesque Underground, a one-of-a-kind experience of Medieval Prague.
🇹🇩 Vechea primărie din Praga este formată dintr-un complex de clădiri unde se pot vizita capela care are un mecanism de clopote deosebit, sălile, temnițele și se poate urca pe puntea de observație a turnul său.
📌 Este deschisă turiștilor în fiecare zi de la 9:00 până la 19:00.
📌 Turnul este deschis totuși până la ora 22:00 (ultima intrare este la 21:20).
📌 Biletul de intrare costă 10 euro și include nu doar vizita din turn, ci și un ghid! Această vizită include și subsolurile în stil romanic, o experiență unică în Praga medievală.

🇬🇧 The building is metaphorically called the Dancing House or also Ginger and Fred. It is named this way because of the towers reminding of the famous dancers Ginger Rogers and Fred Astair. The male part of the dancing couple is represented by a rock tower 🕺 and the woman is symbolized by a tower made of glass.💃

🇹🇩 Clădirea este denumită metaforic "Casa Dansatoare" sau, de asemenea, "Ginger și Fred". Este numită astfel din cauza formelor neobișnuite care amintesc de faimoșii dansatori Ginger Rogers și Fred Astair. Partea masculină a cuplului dansator este reprezentată de un turn de stâncă 🕺, iar femeia este simbolizată de un turn din sticlă.💃
