KiF - Kultury i Fermenty We are a neighborhood craft brewery in Warsaw, producing small-batch non-alcoholic drinks using natural fermentation.

We deliver Kombucha and Water Kefir fresh every week to cafés, restaurants and shops that want to add healthy beverages to their offer. Artisan to the core, we craft our product with a passion and high quality in mind. Demanding and seasoned drinkers ourselves, we made our drinks to be a rich tasting experience, layered and complex, that holds its own. Health-conscious, we insist on being a legit

alternative to processed or sweet juices and commercial sodas. Our recipes keep sugar content to a minimum -relying instead for taste on the organic acids and oils in our ferments and botanicals- and most of our base products are natural, unprocessed, and organic. Local and responsible, we also aim at reducing waste and our carbon footprint to the minimum by limiting packaging and transport. This comes with a few compromises that have to be made in term of speed and convenience. We deliver by bike when possible, and do not ship by courrier.
