KOREA - F-2-7 VISA UPDATES:
REGARDING THE LATEST DEVELOPMENT ABOUT F-2-7 AND KOREA BUSINESS OWNERSHIP:
The Facts:
A) Somehow there are new regulations regarding F-2-7 visa and business ownership (개인사업자)
B) If you call 1345, they will tell you so
What we are almost sure:
A) It seems from now (we don't know exactly when from, but some people reported if a few days ago for the first time) Immigration won't allow people who is an F-2-7 COMING FROM AN E-VISA to quit his/her job and devote him/herself to a business only.
Similar to F-2-99, it seems the F-2-7 would be allowed to run business if they keep a job (that might be full time, part time or freelancing). In theory, this job should be similar (in the same scope) as the job the person had while on an E visa.
B) So far, if you quit and run ONLY a business, they will deem it as illegal, and although you won't be prosecuted nor will be asked to pay any penalty, they won't extend your visa if you have no job (in here, having a job might be verified by showing the 근로소득 papers)
What we/they seem to do not know at all
A) Even so it's a 'newish rule'... what will happen with all the people who had already quit and are now devoting themselves to well stablished businesses? Are they supposed to get a job ASAP?
B) In the given case that running a business is allowed (while having a job), would the business income be acknowledged to prove income points, or not?
To conclude, we cannot but wait for an official and clear public announcement from Immigration -

السلام و علیکم ۔ آج ایک گروپ میں ایک صاحب کورین ویزا انیوٹیشن لیٹر اور گارنٹی لیٹر کسی ایجنٹ سے خریدنا چاھتے تھے اور بہت سے ایجنٹس انکو اپنی آفرز دے رھئے تھے ت محسوس کیا کہ کورین ویزا انیوٹیشن لیٹر اور گارنٹی لیٹر کے بارے میں کچھ معلومات آپ سے شئر کر لوں شاید کسی انسان کا بھلا ھو جائے۔
آپکو کبھی بھی اس طرح انیوٹیشن لیٹر “خرید“ کر ویزا اپلائی نہیں کرنا چاھئے۔ کوریا اور جاپان کا ویزا انیوٹیشن لیٹر اور گارنٹی لیٹر پر بیسڈ کرتا ھے۔ اگر آپ کو کوئی ایجنٹ کچھ رقم لے کر کوریا کا نقلی انیوٹیشن لیٹر اور گارنٹی لیٹر بنا دیتا ھے اور اسکو کوریا سے نوٹری بھی کروا دیتا ھے، تو آپ کو وہ سو فیصد اصلی لگے گا اور اس پر آپکا ویزا بھی فوری طور پر رفیوز ھو جائے گا۔ یہ طریقہ بے حس اور خود غرض ایجنٹ حضرات استعمال کرکے اپنے پیسے کھرے کر لیتے ہیں۔
کوریا کے ویزے کے لئے اگر آپکو کوئی اصل انیوٹیشن لیٹر اور گارنٹی لیٹر منگوا بھی دیتا ھے اور آپ اس پر ویزا اپلائی بھی کردیتے ہیں لیکن اگر انیوٹیشن لیٹر اور گارنٹی لیٹر دینے والا کورین ایمبیسی کے رابطہ کرنے پر مثبت جواب نہیں دیتا یا کورین ایمبیسی کا فون اٹینڈ نہیں کرتا تو بھی ویزا ریجکٹ ھو جائے گا۔
نوٹ: ایک بات یاد رکھیں کہ اگر کوئی کورین کمپنی یا کورین کسی کو ویزا انیوٹیشن لیٹر اور گارنٹی لیٹر دیتا ھے اور وہ بندہ کوریا جا کر واپس نہیں آتا تو وہ کورین کمپنی یا کورین بلیک لسٹ ھو جاتا ھے اور ساتھ میں اسکو پاکستانی تیس سے چالیس لاکھ تک جرمانہ بھی ھو سکتا ھے۔ پلیز کوئی ایسا کام نہ کریں کہ ویزا اپلائی کرنے والے کسی غریب کا یا پھر کسی کورین کا کوئی نقصان ھو۔
کورین ورک پرمٹ کے لئے کورین زبان سیکھنے کے لئے، کورین ویزا کی فائل پراسس کے لئے یا کوریا میں کسی بھی لیگل مدد کے لئے آپ ھم سے رابطہ کر سکتے ہیں۔ ھم گزشتہ بیس سال سے کوریا میں بزنس اور مختلف شعبوں اپنی خدمات پیش کر رھئے ہیں۔
