The Company operates in two segments: Transportation and Logistics.
The Transportation segment provides freight brokerage, last mile, less-than-truckload (LTL), full truckload and global forwarding services.
The Logistics segment provides warehousing and distribution solutions, such as factory support, aftermarket support, packaging, labeling, distribution and transportation. The Company provides its logistics customers with integrated services, such as dedicated and shared warehousing, e-fulfillment order processing and personalization, reverse logistics, storage, packaging, labeling and distribution
