The PIARE Association is sole registered body, actively working under the command and guidance of Mr. It has been created to organize and unite the employees for harmony and cordial relations. It has been formed in order to strengthen PIA, promote and safeguard the honour, prestige and integrity of all ex-employees of the national flag carrier, to secure better and honourable conditions and to regulate good relations between the serving employees and their Associations/Unions. The following are main aims of the PIARE Association which would certainly be achievable with close coordination of all concerned:-
a) To achieve an honourable pension package for all retired employees and other necessary facilities
b) To suggest measures to management for up-lift of the carrier from the present difficult conditions. c) To formulate PIA Foundation for betterment of serving and retired/former employees and their families. Activities are being organized through;
Mass Gathering Meetings
Monthly meetings are conducted at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad & Peshawar to convey/ update with current affairs/activities

Organizational set-up have been established at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad, Kharian/Gujrat, Dera Ghazi Khan, Bahawalpur, Quetta, Peshawar & Sialkot. Think Tank
A Think Tank is already operative at Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad consisting of Senior/High level ex-officials to short list the imperative/immediate problems being faced by the retired employees as well as to pin point leakages/mal-practices and to chalk-out strategic planning to strengthen the Airline. We are aiming towards PIA Foundation
PIA Foundation will be established to promote welfare activities for the welfare of PIA retired/former and serving employees as well as their families/dependants irrespective of their level in the organization.
