Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispatching trucks, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch trucks to various locations for pickup and delivery of goods
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely arrival and departure
- Monitor truck locations and update tracking systems
- Communicate with customers and address any delivery issues
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a truck dispatcher or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of trucking regulations and routes in Lahore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and dispatch software
- High school diploma or equivalent
