📢 اہم اطلاع – بورڈ آف ریونیو پنجاب کا نیا نوٹیفکیشن

بورڈ آف ریونیو پنجاب نے 29 جون 2026 کو فرد کے اجرا کے حوالے سے نیا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کر دیا ہے۔

اہم نکات:

✅ 31 دسمبر 2026 تک ٹرانزیکشنل فرد (Record of Rights) حسبِ سابق جاری ہوتی رہے گی۔

✅ یکم جنوری 2027 سے پنجاب کے متعلقہ اضلاع میں ٹرانزیکشنل فرد کا اجرا بند کر دیا جائے گا۔

✅ اس کے بعد لینڈ ٹرانزیکشنز کے لیے صرف Green Property Certificate اور Property Report قانونی طور پر قابلِ قبول دستاویزات ہوں گی۔

نوٹ: اس توسیع کا مقصد عوام، وکلاء، ریونیو حکام اور رجسٹری برانچ کو نئے ڈیجیٹل نظام میں منتقلی کے لیے مزید وقت فراہم کرنا ہے۔
