As Muslims, we are taught that "Cleanliness is half of faith." Let's live by that value every day.

Awareness Walk Against Child Abuse in Gilgit-Baltistan

Child abuse is not just an individual or family issue — it is a serious social responsibility that requires awareness, courage, and collective action.

Fikr Organization** organized an awareness walk from **Degree College for Women Gilgit to Ittehad Chowk Gilgit**, bringing together students, volunteers, and community members to raise their voices against child abuse in **Gilgit-Baltistan**.

The purpose of this walk was not only to create awareness, but also to remind our society that **every child deserves safety, respect, dignity, education, and a childhood free from fear and violence.**

We must create an environment where children feel safe enough to speak, where their concerns are taken seriously, and where communities stand together to protect them. Silence can allow abuse to continue, while awareness and responsible action can help prevent it.

This walk represents a simple but powerful message:

**“Protect Children. Raise Awareness. Break the Silence.”**

Let us work together as parents, teachers, students, communities, institutions, and responsible citizens to build a safer Gilgit-Baltistan for every child. ❤️

A safer society begins when we refuse to remain silent.
