- Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) – based on the Codex Alimentarius General Principles of Food Hygiene (CXC 1-1969, Rev. 2022)
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) – aligned with the Codex HACCP Guidelines (CXC 1-1969, Rev. 2022)
