We would like to inform our valued customers that our service will be closed from 12/23/2025 - 1/6/2026.

During this period, we will not be accepting any bookings or reservations. This temporary closure allows our riders to spend quality time with their families and recharge before the next academic year.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Our services will resume on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.

Once again, we would like to thank our dear customers for your unwavering support of Ryde. Baybay. The loyalty you've shown has surpassed our wildest dreams since we first drafted this business plan.

While we always aim to serve everyone, please be advised that we will no longer be providing our ride service from Utod to VSU between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. This decision was made to show our support for the hardworking habal-habal riders in our community.

We hope for your understanding and that you will continue to support Ryde. Baybay by using our other available services.

ADVISORY

Due to a significant increase in booking volumes, we at Ryde. Baybay are implementing a change to our service area to ensure we can maintain our high standards of reliability and service for all our customers.

To support our fellow Habal-Habal riders in the Utod area, we will no longer be offering ride-hailing services in Utod and VSU between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, effective immediately.

Please note that this change applies to ride-hailing services only. All other Ryde. Baybay services will continue to operate as usual in all areas.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work to serve our growing community better.

Thank you so much to our clients who trusted Ryde as your go-to companion when it comes to food delivery. We can't thank you enough for trusting us. We are still improving our service to help out students like us.

We hope that all our clients and future clients understand that we are also students who work as your Ryde rider as a side hustle to sustain or help our parents with our allowances. Don't worry, we will serve everyone as much as our time allows.
