PRE-ORDERS:
Pre-orders are those items that we order from our supplier upon payment. As of now, we do not do pre-orders yet. Items are readily available.
2. We will ship your items a day after we received you payment.
3. Once order form is submitted, it is already considered a closed transaction and therefore no cancel
lation will be allowed.
4. Reservation is only for 2 days. Please inform us ASAP for extensions.
5. Stocks changes every time. So if you find something you like, buy it right away. ORDERING:

Go to PHOTO" tab and leave a comment below the item you want to order

3. Once your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to it. Therefore pls ensure you have checked through your order properly.
4. Wait for an order confirmation within 24-72 hours. PAYMENT
1. For PRE-ORDERS, 50% of the total amount is required before we place your order.The remaining 50% and the shipping fee will be paid once the item(s) has arrived.
2. FOR ON-HAND STOCKS,Full payment is required before we ship your order(s).
3. No downpayment no processing of orders.
4. Downpayment can be deposited on or before the cut off. Payments made after cut off time will be processed the next day.

6. We also do meet ups at Mall of Asia, Alabang Town Center and Emerald Mansion in Ortigas only. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
1. Shipping rates will be shouldered by the buyer.
2. Items will be shipped thru LBC. Shipping rates as follows:

Luzon / Php 130.00-150.00
Visayas / Php 180.00-200.00
Mindanao / Php 210.00-230.00
***A different rate will apply if item is more than the minimum weight and standard size ***
3. Once we ship the items we have no control of it. We will not be liable for any damage or missing items as we completely check your items before shipping.
4. Tracking no. will be sent to you thru text.
5. If you're from Metro Manila,you'll receive your orders the next day after shipment. If outside MM shipping will take 2-3 business days
REFUNDS OF PAYMENT:
We will only refund your payment if your order is out of stock. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE:
There will be strictly no refund or exchange for any item unless found to be faulty.
