All korean and japanese styles will be coming from our supplier in Korea, Hongkong, and Taiwan.
Dimensions are provided by our supplier so we are not responsible for inconsistency.

ORDERING
Placing your orders by filling up the form means you are ready to commit in settling your purchase/s. Do not place your order if you are not willing to wait and pay on time. No order form, no reservation, no processing of orders.
PRE-ORDER
All items are On-Hand unless otherwise stated.
PAYMENT
After receiving our confirmation via sms and/or email, please settle your payment on or before the payment due date given. For Pre-orders, you are required to pay 80% of the total amount and the remaining balance + shipping fee should be settled on or before the shipment arrives. You will be given 30 days to settle your remaining balance. Failure to pay within the given date, your orders will be available for others and your downpayment will be forfeited which will serve as penalty for payment delinquency. Last day of downpayment will be on the day after the cut off date. For On-hand items, you are required to pay the full amount within 3 business days. If you failed to pay, the item will be available for other buyers. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is settled.
SHIPPING
If your orders are complete and you are already fully paid, we will ship it the next day. Once the parcel is forwarded to the courier, we have no control of it but we can help you track the package. We shall not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery of shipment due to acts of God, natural calamity or bad weather condition.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOS
Discounts and Promos may change without notice. Only orders that arrived will be counted.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We can check the availability of the item/s you are purchasing. However, stocks are only confirmed once we have placed the orders to our suppliers that's why we are asking for an alternative order. It's either different color or style. If alternative order/s is also out of stock, we will refund your payment. As stocks level is changing every hour, there may have potentially 5% of goods waiting for re-stock or just out stocked.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
No return, no exchange. Only products considered with defect or bought by mistake (If you ordered the wrong color, wrong item, wrong size) can be exchanged. If you have received your order for more than 2 days, no returns are allowed. You can be rest assured, however, that all products are carefully checked and packed before being sent to you.
PAYMENT REFUND
Once downpayment or full amount is paid, you are not allowed to ask for refund. Only out of stock and damaged/wrong items will receive full payment refund. Please take note that refund will be sent after I received the damaged/wrong item.
