It is an act to promote the production, processing, marketing and distribution of high value crops The High Value Crops Development Program is one of the banner programs of the Department of Agriculture created to help address food security, poverty alleviation and sustainable growth. It helps to promote the production, processing, marketing and distribution of high value crops.

— Usa na usab ka malampusong Package of Technology (POT) Training on Bulb Onion Production ang gipahigayon sa Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, uban sa aktibong pakigbahin sa atong mga mag-uuma. — Malampusong gipahigayon ang POT Training on Highland Vegetable Production uban sa aktibong partisipasyon sa mga 38 ka mag-uuma gikan sa nagkalain-laing barangay sakop sa Godod. Kini nga kalihokan nagtumong sa pagpaambit sa mga bag-ong kaalam ug maayong pamaagi ug epektebong teknolohiya sa pagtanum sa mga highland vegetable ug uban pa, sa tingoha nga maka angkon ug dekalidad ug mapalambo pa gayud ang produksyon ug panginabuhian sa atong mga mag-uuma.
