Upon issuance of a provisional license to operate on November 19, 2012, by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), AMINTA accredited C TRANSPORT MARITIME (CTM) SAM and subsequently deployed crew to its enrolled vessels. The initial but highly significant step is expected to be followed by many more. For the life of this agency, it will always be guided by the time-honored principles of hard work, dedication and perseverance especially in its relationship with principals and crew.
