BREAKING NEWS: The Cebu City Emergency Operations Center (EOC) warned the public that another lockdown could be inevitable before November ends, if the number of new COVID-19 cases here continues to rise daily.

"Though the positivity rate is way below the WHO threshold which is 5%, but if people tend to be not mindful of the health protocols, we will (not) be surprised that we will celebrate Christmas under ECQ (enhanced community quarantine)," said Councilor Joel Garganera, EOC chief.
