Flexible Options for Passengers Affected by Airport Navigation Technical Issue

January 1, 2023, 9PM

Cebu Pacific continues to review its operations following a technical glitch in the Air Traffic Management System of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) earlier today.

The system has been partially restored as of 4pm but only very limited flight operations are allowed. As such, more flight disruptions are expected.

For flights until 11:59PM of January 3, 2023, passengers may voluntarily postpone their travel and avail of their options (free rebooking or travel fund) through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight.

Available seats for immediate travel are limited due to the peak travel period. We thank everyone for their patience and understanding as we work with the authorities to restore our network at the soonest time possible.

We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
