If a traveler is offloaded (denied departure) by immigration officers, H and H Travel and Tours is not responsible for any losses, additional fees, or rebooking requirements. If the supplier (airline, hotel, or tour operator) grants a refund, processing time varies and is subject to their internal procedures. Offloading and Unused Bookings
If a traveler is offloaded by immigration or denied entry at their destination, any refund or rebooking is subject to the policies of the airline, hotel, or service provider. H and H Travel and Tours is not responsible for losses due to offloading or immigration refusal. Client Responsibilities
As a traveler, you are responsible for:

✔ Completing the E-Travel Registration and other mandatory travel forms before departure.
✔ Staying informed about the latest immigration policies of your destination country.
✔ Verifying refund and rebooking terms before purchasing tickets and accommodations.
✔ Being prepared for possible questioning, additional document requests, or travel restrictions from immigration officials. We highly recommend that all travelers verify updated travel requirements with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration (BI), the embassy or consulate of their destination country, and their airline carrier before departure.
