Here’s what you need to know:

Private Charters & Group Rentals: STILL AVAILABLE! We are fully operational for private bookings, group trips, and events.

Pass Holders & Refunds: If you purchased 1-day, 3-day, 5-day, or unused partial passes, you are eligible for a full digital refund/discount.

📍 In-Person: Visit our customer service booths at Town Square or Pops District to process your electronic refund.
