JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team. Must be available from 2pm NZT for meetings.

Skills Required:

• Experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva.
• Animation / motion graphics skills
• Familiarity with email design tools (e.g., Klaviyo).
• Familiarity with web CMS platforms desired (WordPress, Shopify, Hubspot).
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and UX/UI
principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines across multiple
businesses.
• Fluent in English.

Role Purpose:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling, brand-aligned
assets that support marketing, product, and communication initiatives across BW IP’s
three businesses. This role ensures visual consistency, supports sales enablement, and
enhances customer engagement through high-quality design across digital, email,
social, and product content.

Attitude:

Must be self-motivated and organised, enjoy writing, and be willing to embrace AI
technologies to enhance output, including the use of AI tools to help convert text to
other forms of media (e.g. images, video, PowerPoint etc).
