Calling all youth of Barangay Agoho ages 15 to 30 years old. We are in need of your participation. There will be a special election for the filling up of vacancy for SK KAGAWAD.

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development (SEED)

The Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development (SEED) is currently opening the application for the 2018-2019 academic year.

General information are as follows

1. SEED provides college, undergraduate, and graduate students with the opportunity to apply for short-term studies or research in Canadian post-secondary institutions in a field that is aligned with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and contributes to ASEAN’s efforts to narrow the development gap and reduce poverty in the region.

2. The objective of SEED is to equip students, particularly women, with critical knowledge and skills that will enable them to contribute to poverty reduction efforts in the ASEAN region.

3. The scholarships will include visa fees, return airfare, health insurance, living expenses, ground transportation expenses, books and supplies required for the students’ study or research.

4. The scholarship value will be provided up to two academic terms of study and research for undergraduate and college students, and six months for graduate students (Master’s and PhD).

5. For college and undergraduate students, scholarships will only be offered to students attending Southeast Asian institutions with established formal partnerships with Canadian academic institutions. For graduate students, an inter-institutional agreement is desirable but not mandatory. Students must be registered as full-time students in their home institution at the time of application and during the entire duration of their study or research stay in Canada.
