Alam niyo ba? Kahit medyo mataba ako, I’ve always been very conscious about what I eat and drink. Hindi porket may extra timbang, wala nang pakialam sa health. For me, being mindful is part of self-love. 🌿💚
Today, I prepared something simple pero super healthy and refreshing – Sagada mountain tea with apple and ginger. 🍎✨ Instead of using regular sugar, I used sugarcane candy as a natural sweetener. Mas masarap na, mas healthy pa! 🍬🌱
Benefits nito:
• 🍏 Apple – nakakatulong sa digestion at puno ng antioxidants na good for the body.
• 🌱 Ginger – pampalakas ng immune system, nakaka-improve ng circulation at may anti-inflammatory effect.

Alam ko minsan mahirap maging consistent sa healthy lifestyle, lalo na kung busy or pagod na tayo. Pero small choices like this can really make a difference. Hindi kailangan maging perfect, ang mahalaga is we try every day to take care of ourselves.
So here’s a little reminder: love your body enough to give it what it truly needs. Kahit simple tea, basta healthy, it’s already a big step towards better wellness.
