The 21st of August has been declared as a Special Non-working Holiday in commemoration of the death anniversary of Former Senator Benigno “Ninoy” S. Aquino Jr.

In line with this, all synchronous classes (face-to-face and online) and asynchronous activities across all Campuses are hereby suspended on August 21st.

Do take note that the offices of Admissions, the Registrar, and Student Financial Services will remain open on campus. OLFU Concierge services will remain accessible online.

All students across all levels at all of OLFU's Campuses shall attend Online Synchronous Classes from their respective homes on August 20th.

With continued rains forecasted from the Enhanced Southwest Monsoon or Habagat, Malacañang and/or some LGU's have taken preemptive safety measures by suspending face-to-face classes in schools.

Rest assured, however, that all offices will remain fully operational on campus. Similarly, the OLFU Concierge will maintain its online support services.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL 1ST YEAR STUDENTS

Please be informed that the 1st Year Student Orientation will have two possible arrangements tomorrow:

If there is NO CLASSES tomorrow: The orientation will be conducted ONLINE at 9:30 AM.
If classes will proceed as scheduled: The orientation will be conducted FACE-TO-FACE at 1:30 PM at the Gymnasium, together with the Dean’s List Awardees.

1. OLFU Antipolo
Please be advised that Face-to-face and Online Synchronous classes at OLFU Antipolo are suspended on August 18th.

All students (SHS and College) shall transition to Asynchronous Learning mode. Kindly monitor Canvas for instructions, lessons, and activities from your respective teachers.

Senior High School students are likewise encouraged to maximize this period by reviewing lessons, catching up on readings, and continuing their research and project work.

2. OLFU Campuses: Valenzuela, Quezon City, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, and Laguna

Following the Malacañang's declaration of class suspension, face-to-face classes across all levels at the above-mentioned campuses are hereby suspended. Students will attend Online Synchronous Classes from their respective homes.

Again, students are advised to access OLFU's learning management system (Canvas) using the Gmail account credentials found in your respective registration cards. Check your dashboards and messages from lecturers about lessons and/or meeting links for online synchronous classes.

📢 CHIM ENROLLMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Good day, CHIM students!

Please make sure to complete your enrollment before the start of classes on August 17, 2026.

To avoid delays and concerns once classes begin, we highly encourage everyone to enroll as early as possible and ensure that your subjects are properly registered.

📌 STEPS FOR ENROLLMENT PROCESS

STEP 1: ACCOUNTING OFFICE – PAYMENT

Proceed to the Accounting Office for the required down payment for the new semester enrollment.

This applies to both:

* Regular Students
* Irregular Students

Students with no remaining tuition balance may proceed with the required down payment for the new semester.

FOR STUDENTS APPLYING FOR A PROMISSORY NOTE (PN):

1. Apply for a Promissory Note through the official online link posted on the CHIM pages and group chats.

2. After submitting the online application, wait for the email from the Student Financial Services (SFS) regarding your Promissory Note application.

3. Follow the instructions and directives provided by SFS on how to settle your remaining balance.

4. Wait for the succeeding email notification/s, if applicable, for further instructions regarding your PN application.

5. Once the necessary PN requirements have been completed, proceed with the required down payment for your new semester/year-level enrollment.

6. Once all requirements have been accomplished, proceed to Step 2.

STEP 2: CHIM SECRETARY – EVALUATION

Proceed to the CHIM Secretary for evaluation.

STEP 3: PROGRAM HEAD OFFICE – ADVISING

Proceed to the Program Head Office for academic advising.

STEP 4: FACULTY OFFICE – ENROLLMENT

Proceed to the Faculty Office for the final enrollment process.

Please complete your enrollment on or before the start of classes on August 17, 2026 to avoid delays in subject enrollment and class attendance.
