Prestige Hires and Transport – Passenger Guidelines
Welcome to Prestige Hires and Transport.
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and reliable journey for all passengers, the following guidelines must be observed at all times while using our transport services.
1. Booking and Travel Requirements
All passengers must provide correct booking information before travel.
Passengers are required to arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before departure time.
Full fare payment must be made before boarding unless prior arrangements are approved by management.
Valid identification may be requested when boarding.
2. Passenger Conduct
Respect drivers, staff, and fellow passengers at all times.
Fighting, abusive language, threats, harassment, or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.
Smoking, va**ng, alcohol consumption, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
Loud music or disruptive behavior that disturbs other passengers is not allowed.
Passengers must follow all instructions given by the driver or company staff.
3. Safety Requirements
Seat belts must be worn where available.
Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is moving.
Do not distract the driver while the vehicle is in motion.
Keep hands, feet, and objects inside the vehicle at all times.
Emergency exits and safety equipment must not be tampered with unless required during an emergency.
4. Luggage and Freight
Each adult passenger is allowed two bags unless otherwise arranged.
Excess luggage may attract additional charges.
Freight charges apply according to company rates.
Dangerous goods, weapons, flammable items, or illegal substances are prohibited.
Prestige Hires and Transport is not responsible for loss or damage to unsecured valuables.
5. Cleanliness and Vehicle Care
Keep the vehicle clean and tidy during travel.
Do not litter inside or outside the vehicle.
Any passenger causing intentional damage to the vehicle will be held financially responsible for repairs.
6. Children and Vulnerable Passengers
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Young children should not move around the vehicle while in transit.
Priority seating may be given to elderly passengers, pregnant women, or passengers with disabilities.
7. Cancellations and Delays
Travel schedules may change due to weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Passengers will be informed of major delays whenever possible.
Refunds or rescheduling will be handled according to company policy.
8. Refusal of Service
Prestige Hires and Transport reserves the right to refuse transport to any passenger who:
Is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
Behaves aggressively or dangerously
Refuses to follow safety instructions
Carries prohibited items
Threatens the safety or comfort of others
