I was not given the opportunity to be highly educated, but I was given the strength to work hard. Becoming a PMV bus driver is not something I am ashamed of _ it is my honest living and my lifetime work.

Every morning, I start my engine with hope. I carry people who trust me with their lives - students going to school, parents going to work, families going home. I may not hold a certificate in my hands, but I hold responsibility in my heart.

The road has taught me patience.
The journey has taught me courage.
The struggles have taught me perseverance.

There are days when it is hard. Long hours, rough roads, little rest. But no matter what, I will not give up. This steering wheel is my future. This bus is my classroom. This work is my dignity.

Lord, give me the gift of safe driving. Bless my eyes to see clearly, my hands to steer safely, and my heart to stay humble. Protect me and every passenger who steps into my bus.

📜 Section 46 — Freedom of Expression (Papua New Guinea Constitution)

(1) Every person has the right to freedom of expression and publication, except to the extent that the exercise of that right is regulated or restricted by a law that —
(a) imposes reasonable restrictions on public office-holders; or
(b) imposes restrictions on non-citizens; or
(c) complies with Section 38 (general qualifications on qualified rights).
(2) In Subsection (1), “freedom of expression and publication” includes —
(a) freedom to hold opinions, to receive ideas and information and to communicate ideas and information, whether to the public generally or to a person or class of persons; and
(b) freedom of the press and other mass communications media.
(3) Notwithstanding anything in this section, an Act of the Parliament may make reasonable provision for securing reasonable access to mass communications media for interested persons and associations —
(a) for the communication of ideas and information; and
(b) to allow rebuttal of false or misleading statements concerning their acts, ideas or beliefs,
and generally for enabling and encouraging freedom of expression. �

Every person in PNG has the constitutional right to express and publish their views freely.
That includes the right to hold opinions, receive and share information (including through the press and other media).
The right can be subject to reasonable laws — for example, laws that set limits for public officials, non-citizens, or laws that meet constitutional standards for restricting rights (Section 38).
Parliament may also make laws to ensure people have fair access to media and opportunities to respond to ideas or criticisms.
