He/She will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all operational activities of SCL to ensure civil and building projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

⭕Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations across all construction projects and operational bases
⭕ Develop operational plans to ensure efficient utilization of plant, equipment, workforce and materials
⭕ Coordinate with Branch Manages, Projects Managers, Supervisors, and Foremen to ensure project activities are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements
⭕ Monitor projects progress, resources allocation, and operational performance to ensure timely delivery of projects
⭕Oversee plant deployment, plant utilization rates, and equipment availability in coordination with the workshop
⭕Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

⭕Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Constructions Management, or a related field
⭕ Minimum of 7- 10 years’ experience in civil constructions or building operations
⭕Proven experience managing road constructions, civil works, or large building projects
⭕Experience supervising plant operations, site logistics, and constructions team
⭕Strong leadership and operational planning skills
⭕Knowledge of construction project management and resources planning

⭕Experience working with civil construction equipment such as excavator, graders loaders, dump trucks, and crushers.
⭕Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
⭕Knowledge of heavy plant maintenance and repair procedures.
