🚖 نظام طلب التكسي عبر المجموعة / Taxi Request System in the Group
مرحبًا بكم في خدمة النقل 👋
لضمان الشفافية والجدية بين العميل والسائق، يرجى الالتزام بالقواعد التالية:
📌 طريقة الطلب
1. يرسل العميل رسالة في المجموعة يوضح فيها مكان الانطلاق والوجهة.
مثال: "أحتاج تكسي من نزوى إلى بهلاء"
2. يتم حساب السعر وفق النظام التالي:
- فتح الطلب: 1 ريال
- المسافة: 200 بيسة لكل كيلومتر
🧮 مثال حساب
- إذا كانت المسافة 10 كم:
السعر = 1 ريال + (10 × 0.200) = 3 ريال
💳 تأكيد الحجز
- بعد الاتفاق على السعر، يقوم العميل بتحويل مبلغ الحجز للتأكيد:
- 1 ريال للحجز داخل المدينة.
- 3 ريال للحجز إذا كانت المسافة بعيدة أو في مكان مقطوع.
- مبلغ الحجز يُخصم من قيمة الرحلة النهائية.
🚕 الدفع النهائي
- عند انتهاء الرحلة: السعر الكلي – مبلغ الحجز = المبلغ المتبقي يُدفع للسائق مباشرة.
❌ إلغاء الرحلة
- إذا تحرك التكسي في طريقه للعميل ثم قام العميل بإلغاء الرحلة: مبلغ الحجز لا يُرجع.
⚖️ مميزات النظام
- وضوح السعر قبل بدء الرحلة.
- جدية الطلبات وضمان التزام العميل.
- عدل للطرفين (العميل والسائق).
- حماية السائق من الخسارة في الرحلات الطويلة أو الأماكن المقطوعة.

To ensure transparency and seriousness between the customer and the driver, please follow these rules:
📌 How to Request
1. The customer sends a message in the group specifying the starting point and destination.
Example: "I need a taxi from Nizwa to Bahla"
2. The fare is calculated as follows:
- Request opening: 1 OMR
- Distance: 0.200 OMR per kilometer
🧮 Fare Example
- If the distance is 10 km:
Fare = 1 OMR + (10 × 0.200) = 3 OMR
💳 Booking Confirmation
- After agreeing on the fare, the customer transfers a booking deposit:
- 1 OMR for normal city rides.
- 3 OMR for long-distance or remote rides.
- The deposit is deducted from the final fare.
🚕 Final Payment
- At the end of the trip: Total fare – deposit = remaining amount paid directly to the driver.
❌ Trip Cancellation
- If the taxi is already on the way and the customer cancels, the deposit is non-refundable.

- Fairness for both customer and driver.
- Protects drivers from losses on long or remote trips.
