Saudi Arabia announces four decisions to enhance joint logistics operations among GCC countries under the current conditions:
1. Exemption from storage fees for up to 60 days for Gulf imports and exports.
2. Allowing trucks designated for transporting goods and refrigerated materials from all GCC countries to enter empty in order to carry goods destined for GCC countries.
3. Increasing the permitted operational lifespan of trucks in the Kingdom to 22 years, including trucks entering Saudi Arabia from GCC countries.
4. Launching the Gulf storage and redistribution zones initiative to regulate container movement and allocate operational zones for each GCC country within King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam.
