After breakfast, we travel from Francistown to Elephant Sands, set up camp, and spend a relaxed afternoon taking in one of Botswana's most memorable wilderness settings.

Day 1 - Saturday, 20 March 2027.

Arrive at Woodlands Stop Over near Francistown, settle into camp and meet the travellers who will share the road ahead. Our first evening includes a welcome dinner and an important route, safety and border-crossing briefing.
