🚤 Stabicraft 1850 — Another upgrade!

This Stabicraft 1850 came back to us for the next stage of its electronics upgrade.

We removed the existing Garmin 953XSV, then fitted a new custom dash panel to accommodate a second Garmin 953XSV.

The result is a clean dual-screen Garmin setup, giving the helm much more flexibility when running navigation, sonar and radar.

We also installed a Garmin GMS 10 network port expander to provide the network connectivity for the two displays and existing Garmin radar.

Another clean electronics upgrade, designed around the boat and how the customer uses it.

🚤 Stabicraft 1850 — Back for another upgrade!

The existing Garmin 953xsv and dash panel are out.

Now we’re fabricating a new acrylic dash panel to fit dual Garmin 953xsv displays.

Also good time for a wire tidy up while main panel is off.

More photos once it’s finished. ⚓️

Senator RH620 — Project Complete ⚓️🚤

Another major electronics upgrade completed by East Coast Marine Electronics.

This Senator RH620 came to us already equipped with a 16” Simrad EVO3S and Recon trolling motor. We’ve now completed the next stage of the electronics package, including:

• Additional 12” Simrad EVO3S
• Simrad autopilot with dedicated controller
• Simrad Halo 24 radar on a Seaview pedestal
• SIONYX Nightwave Digital night vision camera

Once the installation was complete, we took the RH620 out on the water for autopilot calibration and final system testing, making sure everything was set up and working together properly.

The result is a seriously capable setup with dual Simrad displays, radar, autopilot, trolling motor integration and digital night vision — all professionally installed and integrated.

Another project completed and ready for the water.

Another Senator RH620 in the workshop for a serious electronics upgrade. ⚓️🎣

Already running a 16” Simrad EVO3S and a Recon trolling motor, we’re adding even more capability to this setup.

The upgrade includes:
• Additional 12” Simrad EVO3S on the dash
• Simrad autopilot with dedicated controller
• Simrad Halo 24 radar on a Seaview pedestal
• SIONYX Nightwave Digital night vision camera

A big step up in navigation, radar, autopilot and low-light visibility — all integrated into one capable fishing setup.

More photos to come as we bring it all together.

The Garmin Fantom 24X is now installed and ready to go on this Stabi 1850.

Mounted on a Seaview pedestal with matching top plate, this setup not only adds serious radar capability but is also a great tool for offshore fishing — with the 24X’s narrower beam providing a more focused, high-resolution picture, along with Garmin’s Auto Bird Gain to help pick up bird activity over feeding fish.

A great addition to an already well-equipped Stabicraft.

Today we had this McLay 680 in the workshop for a well overdue electronics upgrade.

We removed the old GlobalMap system and installed a new Lowrance Elite FS 9 paired with an AI 3-in-1 transducer, along with a Point-1 GPS/Heading Sensor for accurate positioning and heading data.

The Elite FS 9 was finished off with a custom matte black acrylic CNC-cut panel for a clean, factory-style look.

Another tidy upgrade, giving this McLay a much more modern and capable electronics setup. ⚓️🎣
